Role of Library
Library plays a very critical role in supporting the academic programmes of the institute. It identifies, evaluates, procures, processes and then makes these learning resources available to the faculty and students for their teaching and learning assignments. Thus, as Dr.S.R.Ranganathan, father of library Science in India said, "the Library is the trinity of learning resources, faculty/students and the library staff".

The College Library exists to support the vision and mission of the institute and the goals and objectives of different departments, by providing excellent library services for instruction and other scholarly activities. To the faculty and students, the library is a goldmine of information, all located under one roof, providing access to the best available information within their easy reach. The books and relevant information are gathered both digital and in print, after painstaking search by the faculty and library staff to provide the best available knowledge that can be procured for use by the library users. One of the main aims of the library is to keep the information updated periodically.
